Kwarto's Guest House is a boutique guesthouse at Purok 3, Tubod, San Juan, Siquijor 6227, Philippines.
A reservation is confirmed when you complete the booking flow on the site and we have received the required deposit. Until the deposit is received, the dates you have selected remain available to other guests.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
We accept QR Ph (the Philippine national QR standard), GCash, Maya, and major credit cards. All payments are processed by PayMongo Philippines, Inc.. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment credentials.
Cancellation is free if you cancel at least one month before your check-in date. Cancellations made less than one month before check-in are non-refundable. Where a refund is owed, we return it to the original payment method.
We may ask you to provide a government-issued ID at booking or on arrival, as required by Philippine accommodation-registry rules. How we handle that document is described in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Sign-in via Google is subject to Google's own terms.
We do our best to provide an accurate, safe, and pleasant experience, but the site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or your booking is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the booking in question.

The site's design, photographs, written content, and the Kwarto's name and brand belong to Kwarto's Guest House. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.
How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy. By using the site, you confirm that you have read it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be settled by the proper courts of the Philippines, with venue agreed to be in the courts of e.g. Siquijor Province.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
